As a part of new structure of M. B. A. curriculum, due weightage is given to the
teaching and learning process. Students actively participate in Group
Discussions, Case studies, Mini Projects, Group Exercises, Quizzes, Seminars & Library Exercises. These help in enhancing the conceptual,
communicative, analytical & inter-personal skills of a student.

Co-Curricular Activities
:
The Students organise various cocurricullar activities.
Students are motivated to undertake event event management through
the conduct of such activities. The activities include Guest Lectures,
Management Quiz, Role Plays, Management Movies, Seminars, Workshops, etc.
Various groups have been formed by the students of various management streams.
These groups are as under :
1. 'FinSIA' - (Finance Association of Securities
& Investment Analysis)
A Club of Finance Students - The students are committed to enhance
knowledge horizons to the most current, practical issues in finance world and
FINSIA is the perfect platform to exchange the knowledge with members. It
publish weekly "Arthavishwa".
2. 'SAHARA' - (Students Association
of HumAn Relation Aspirants)
A Club of HR Students - An association which undertakes different
Human Resource related activities. These activities enable the student to
enhance the knowledge about Human Resource and corporate world.
3. 'SAM2' - (Students Association
of Marketing Management)
A Club of Marketing Students - The objective of this association is to make
the members aware about latest developments in the field of Marketing, to
develop the marketing & selling skills in the members & to develop organizing
skills amongst the members.
4. SA@IT (Student Association for
awareness in IT)
A Club of System Students - The Association works for upgrading students'
knowledge in every field related to IT not only confined to syllabus but related
to entire IT world. It also publishes periodical 'e-jigyasa', which
provides up-to-date knowledge about each aspect of IT.

Exhibition Participation
& Event Management
As a part of exhibiting practical exposure of concepts taught
in the class, the institution is having an arrangement with the 'Solapur
Electronic Dealers Association'. The association organises an annual exhibition
in the city to promote the products of various brands of electronic goods. H.N.C.C., M.B.A. students are given the privilege to do the promotion by
attending the visitors at the stalls of exhibition and demonstrating the
products. This gives students the exposure of handling various kinds of products
& customers thus making them more aware of the
practical aspects of marketing. The numbers of participants in this has increased
year after year 2005 (16), 2006 (26), 2007 (40).
H.N.C.C MBA Dept., in association
with 'Rotary Club of Solapur' arranged Inter-College Business Quiz named as 'AUTODESK
BIZ QUIZ 2007' for undergraduate and post graduate students on 29th Sept.
2007.
Also the task of Managing the event
'Tourism Festival' organised by 'Rotary Club of Solapur' during 4-6th Jan. 2008
is been assigned to the students of HNCC, MBA Dept.

Extra
Curricular Activities
In order to explore the various
skills of the studentsand let them express better, the college encourages
organisation of various events such as :
* AAROHI
- A Cultural day with activities such as singing, Dancing, Antakshari, Fish
Ponds, Art Exhibition etc.
* DANDIA
- A day during Navaratri festival, an evening with the traditional way of Dance
and Cultural exhibit.
* FRESHERs'
PARTY - A Day to formally welcome the new entrants of MBA 1st Yr.,
Organised by MBA 2nd Yr. Students. An opportunity to accustom the new comers
with the college and their mates.
* SEND OFF
PARTY - A Day to formally say "Thank You", "Best of Luck for Future
Career" and "Good Bye" to the MBA 2nd Yr. Students, Organised by the MBA 1st Yr.
Students. A time to recall memories of the year passed together and promising to
be in touch.
